Last night, I took some spare time between Christmas preparations to paint "Big Thoughts" from an old photo of my kitty Beignet. Within a few moments of posting it, I got a nice surprise: lots of feedback. At the moment it has thirteen comments and fifty-five favourites --  that's more than I've ever gotten for anything, and in such a short time! I can't thank everyone enough for your encouragement. You've all truly made my day.
